According to Article 3 of Regulation （EU） No 142/2011 there is no need to issue a commercial document for derived products which have been declared as the end point in the manufacturing chain. Also a reference to processing standards in Regulation （EC） No 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council （ 3 ） may be removed. Annex VIII to Regulation （EU） No 142/2011 should therefore be amended.
