该套设备由干燥机，燎毛炉，抛光机及输送线四部分组成。干燥机可以清除猪胴体上的松毛和水分，从而减低了燃气的用量；燎毛炉可以烧掉猪胴体上绒毛，并给猪皮杀菌；抛光机在燎毛后为猪胴体表面进行最终清洗，使手工刮毛的工作量大大降低，从而提高了工作效率。
This unit consists of drier, singeing oven, abrasive finishing machine and conveyor. Drier may eliminate moisture and fluff to reducing dosage of fuel gas. Singeing oven may burn out fluff on the carcass, and make sterilization for pig skin. Abrasive finishing machine is used to wash the carcass. All of which is reduce the manual working capacity and raise the productivity.
