该设备主要采用同步输送技术，可以实现兽医对同一头猪的胴体，红脏白脏的同步检疫，以确保最彻底的检疫，保证出厂的产品全部经过完整的检疫。红白内脏可以自动脱钩、翻盘；冲洗装置可以实现手动及自动双向控制洗盘，自动化程度进一步提高。圆盘式落地卫检在胴体输送机下面运行，使白内脏直接落入盘内，避免了操作人员转身操作，减轻了劳动强度，提高了工作效率。
It adopts synchronous conveying technology and realises the synchronous quarantine for carcass, red and white viscera, make sure the engrained inspection and guarantee all product being inspected before delivery. Red and white viscera can automatically unhook and tip over the tray. As for washing device, it allows both manual and auto two way control washing tray, where further increase the level of automation. Besides, the white viscera can fall into the tray because the inspection operates under the carcass conveyor, which is reduces the labor intensity and increase productivity.
